Above Eleven is a Peruvian-Japanese fusion rooftop bar and restaurant perched on the 28th floor of Novotel Phnom Penh BKK1, 100 metres above the city. The bar programme features Pisco Sours and creative cocktails, with nightly DJ sets and occasional live entertainment.
