Description
Cambodia Bagels is a New York-style bagel café on Street 13, one of several branches across Phnom Penh, with indoor and outdoor seating and delivery through Foodpanda. The bagels are made in-house with a soft, chewy centre and a light crust, and come in a dozen varieties, from original and everything to jalapeño and cheddar and a French toast special.
The counter is built around building your own: pick a bagel, add one of more than a dozen schmears, from herb cream cheese to vegan cashew cream cheese and hummus, or choose from filled breakfast and lunch bagels stacked with eggs, cured fish, deli meats and roasted vegetables. Bagel pizzas, salads, English muffins and sweets fill out the menu, with frappes, coffee and juices to drink.
