Hard Rock Cafe Phnom Penh has held its corner at Exchange Square, where Street 102 meets Street 51 near Wat Phnom, since November 2017. It brings the global brand's full production values to live music, with the largest indoor LED screen in the city, a serious sound system and house bands working through the rock canon on the terrace bar and main floor, all surrounded by rock memorabilia.
The kitchen serves American comfort food. Every beef burger comes in at six or eight ounces from the company's own blend, and the menu runs through sliders and shareables, steaks and fajitas, sandwiches, salads and bowls. Desserts and diner-style milkshakes finish things off, and the bar mixes the brand's signature cocktails.
