Nuk Café is a specialty coffee and ice cream laboratory at 143 Preah Norodom Boulevard, established in 2015. It introduced Cambodia's first liquid nitrogen ice cream, made to order tableside, and roasts its own coffee beans sourced globally in small batches. The café has a cozy interior with sofas and instrumental music.
