Description
Organic Skybar is the rooftop bar and restaurant at the Palace Gate Hotel & Resort on Sothearos Boulevard, looking straight out onto the Royal Palace, which is a sight at sunset and again when the palace is lit up at night. The lush terrace has wicker furniture and is surrounded by a herb and vegetable garden that supplies many of the hotel's ingredients. Happy hour runs daily from 5pm to 7pm, and the dress code is smart casual.
The menu works as tapas and grill, with yakitori, vegan and vegetarian tapas, halal poultry, raw and fried seafood, and oysters fresh or baked. Western plates and pizzas cover heartier appetites, and an Exploring Khmer Cuisine section brings Cambodian classics. The bar mixes signature and classic cocktails and pours local Seekers and Samai spirits.
