Description
Pisa - Old Market is chef Sothea Seng's creative Khmer fine-dining room on the first floor of a colonial-era building in the French Quarter, where the kitchen shops the adjacent Phsar Chas each morning and cooks seasonal Cambodian produce with a contemporary hand. Lunch runs as a two-to-four-course business set, dinner as a longer chef's discovery menu, served omakase-style in a fin-de-siecle bistro of exposed brick, mahogany tables and green velvet banquettes.
