Shang Palace, Shangri-La Phnom Penh

Village No 14, Sam Dach, Hun Sen Road, Phnom Penh 120101, Cambodia

Description

Shang Palace opened on Level 50 of the Shangri-La Phnom Penh on 11 August 2025, making it the city's highest Chinese restaurant, with panoramic Mekong views. Cantonese tradition meets Sichuan flair under executive Chinese chef Li Tok Fan, a Hong Kong native who began cooking at 16 and has led kitchens in Singapore, Beijing, Chengdu and Wuhan.

The menu covers Chinese barbecue, handcrafted dim sum, wok-fried specialities and live seafood cooked to order by weight, with signature dishes that bring in luxury ingredients such as Wagyu, foie gras and abalone. There is a Sichuan section, local specialities, healthy and vegetarian dishes, rice rolls and porridge, set menus, and a list of premium loose-leaf Chinese teas.
