Phsar Toul Tom Poung — popularly known as the Russian Market — is one of Phnom Penh's most beloved local markets, named for the Russian expat community that frequented it in the 1980s. Beyond its famous handicrafts and clothing stalls, the market's food court and surrounding streets offer some of the city's most authentic Cambodian street food, from dawn rice porridge to evening grills.
