Lotus Blanc is the training restaurant operated by Pour un Sourire d'Enfant (PSE), an NGO that provides vocational education to disadvantaged Cambodian youth. Students from PSE's Hotel Training School prepare and serve both Cambodian and international dishes in real-world conditions. The restaurant supports a social mission while offering diners affordable and carefully prepared meals.
