Pépé Bistro is a modern French bistro located near the National Museum on Street 13, created in 2018 by Chef Aude Moulard, a graduate of the Paul Bocuse Institute. The à la carte menu changes every three months based on seasonal inspiration and travel influences, with the kitchen also producing its own cheese in-house.
