Yi Sang Sothearos is the Sothearos Boulevard branch of the Thalias group's Cantonese restaurant, inside the Almond Hotel at 128F Sothearos Boulevard. Since its first outlet in 2008, Yi Sang has built a reputation for some of Phnom Penh's best Cantonese cooking, and this branch, with 198 seats and seven VIP rooms, is open from 6am to 10pm.
The restaurant is known for Chinese roast meats, freshly made artisan dim sum, noodle soups and traditional soups slow-cooked for eight hours. Festive feast menus and nian gao New Year cakes appear for the season, making it a go-to for Chinese New Year celebrations.
